A Series of Press ad illustrations for Matthews Auotomation Solutions Created in Cinema4D

This Project was awesome to do and allowed me to use a more creative side of my skillset

The development of the environment in the lead image underwent several creative iterations. Initially, I began by polygon modeling a pallet using standard specifications in Cinema4d. However, upon integrating the logo, I realized that the dimensions were incorrect, I quickly reconfigured the pallet's structure and utilized Boolean operations to make the pallet resemble the shape of an 'M' logo. I applied a basic wood texture to the pallet's surface to add some realism. see reference provided in Image 2.

To ensure the scene had a discernible brand identity, I projected the logo through the pallet, effectively colouring the edges and ensuring a cohesive look. Subsequently, I introduced additional detailing such as edge wear to simulate the effects of natural wear and tear, thereby adding depth and realism to the overall composition. To further enhance the texture's appearance, I applied noise as a grunge map, providing subtle variations and imperfections.

The iterative process was marked by various creative decisions. Initially, I envisioned the pallet within the context of a truck setting. To enhance the scene's depth and atmosphere, I introduced a metal tread plate as a background element and implemented contrasting warm and cool lighting effects. and integrated two, wheel arches strategically to guide the viewer's focus back to the central point of interest.

While initially following the rough sketch provided in the brief "reference image 2 above top-left", I felt that the scene lacked dimension and vitality "reference image 2 top-right". Seeking inspiration from external references, I came across an image featuring an arched bridge. This sparked the idea to incorporate a similar element into this project, injecting a sense of dynamism and movement. Placing the Delivery Truck further down the ramp of the bridge added tension to the composition, creating a compelling visual narrative of a delivery truck speeding towards its destination.

To give the impression of motion,
I applied grunge maps to the metal tread plate, enhancing the sense of realism and movement within the scene "see reference top-middle". The process of exploration and refinement ultimately resulted in a dynamic and engaging environment for the viewer.
These projects were primarily executed in Cinema4D, covering all modeling, lighting, and texturing aspects. It's important to mention that while elements like people, trees, traffic lights, and fire hydrants were sourced from the Cinema4D library, 
I handled the modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of items such as street lamps, bins, bus stops, signs, location pins, road systems, and markings, as well as the design of individual environments.

Additionally, the van featured was also modeled and textured within Cinema 4D. Notably, this van plays a prominent role in Pallet Town in red.

further on in this showcase models of people in the factory were rigged and posed accordingly. The individual filling the box is an overhead shot of a real person, which was composited into the scene.
